Sèna Pierre

Regional Director | Founder of Society of Royals | Texas

Sèna Pierre is a philanthropic entrepreneur with a heart for helping others. She has received four Proclamations and three Resolutions from Harris County and Fort Bend Commissioners, Texas State Senators, Texas Mayors, and Texas County Judges. She was honored with her own day—Sèna Pierre Day of Harris County on July 28—by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo. She is one of the few women to receive The Yellow Rose of Texas from Governor Greg Abbott, a prestigious honor recognizing outstanding Texas women. She was also awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by President Joseph Biden, Jr. for her impactful service and dedication.

Sèna’s passion for being a humanitarian has kept her deeply involved in projects aimed at improving today’s youth, her community, and all things pets. In 2008 and 2010, Sèna experienced two deaths by suicide in her circle. Determined to make a difference, she began working tirelessly to build a platform that provides resources and hope. In 2015, she became the founder and president of Society of Royals, a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing youth suicide rates by educating young people on mental health awareness and wellness.

Sèna currently serves as the Texas Regional Director for the Texas Youth Mental Health Network Coalition, where she continues to advocate for youth mental health, mentorship, and leadership development.

She is also a passionate advocate for pet companionship and mental health. Her love for animals—especially dogs—became deeply personal when her maltipoo, Sage, helped her through depression during the COVID pandemic. Because of this experience, she actively encourages pet adoption as a means of emotional support and well-being.

Sèna’s inspiration to create Society of Royals stems from her love for children and her passion to see them happy. She strives to empower youth to become the best version of themselves in every way. Through her writing and platform, Sèna hopes to inspire the next generation to be better friends, neighbors, and leaders—helping to create a world filled with more kindness and love.
